Outside there is an attractive lawned area, parking for 5-6 vehicles or a boat, the patio/terrace area with 10 seater teak table, umberella and chairs and bbq, offers an excellent sun trap or evening relaxation area. There is an enclosed area off the utility room, ideal for storing bikes and dingies and provides a safe place for dogs to stay over. The house is in walking distance to the village of Nefyn, with local stores, hotel with resturant and public house. There are numerous other facilities including horse riding, sailing, walking, and boat trips. A side personal gate opens onto an adjoining path, allowing an enjoyable walk down to the pleasant sandy beach. Approximately 1 mile from the property is the renowned Nefyn championship course. Approximately 7 miles away is the North West premier marina at Pwllheli. We premit dogs with prior notice and subject to certain 'house rules' and the small additional cost of £30. Two dogs maximum. We do not permit smoking.
